About Alex

Alex didn’t touch a barbell seriously until the summer after his sophomore year of high school. Between being a top-ranked wrestler in Michigan, playing slot receiver on the football team, and keeping elite grades to earn a spot at a top university, there just wasn’t time.

When he finally committed to training, he went all in — transforming from a scrawny high schooler into a 200-pound machine in just two years. After a meticulous cut, he realized he had the physique to compete — and proved it by becoming the youngest Overall Men’s Physique Champion in Colorado Muscle Classic history.
